The Channelview Fire Department is a fully paid and commissioned public service organization that employs Firefighters, Paramedics, EMTs, and administrative staff. The Channelview Fire Department is an equal opportunity employer.

We operate two stations staffed 24/7 with a District Chief, EMS Supervisor, three Paramedic Units, two Fire Engines, and a Ladder Truck. Fire Division Shifts are 48 hours on and 144 hours off (2/6 matrix). EMS Division Shifts are 48 hours on and 96 hours off (2/4 matrix). There are 21 personnel on duty per shift, proud to serve this community.
